Please read before booking!

When Booking

A card must be kept on file at time of booking appointment to secure your time & for no show protection. Cash, Card, and Apple pay are excepted.

Grace Period

There is a 10 min grace period at the start of your appointment time. Any time after the 10 min results in a late cancellation & will be charged 50% Please arrive a few minutes early to avoid this!

Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

All reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be classified as last-minute cancellations and will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. A “no-show” or failure to cancel without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

Refunds are not available for any products or services purchased.

Additional Fee for Low-Value Appointments
For appointments with a total service charge of $10 or less, a $15 minimum fee will apply if canceled within the 48-hour window.
