Cristina’s passion for esthetics all started back in 2014 when the “typical teenage acne” started. As a freshman in high school looks were everything and It got to the point where she was so embarrassed to show her face to the point she would actually stay home from school. After a year went by and some convincing of her parents she finally went to a dermatologist. She was put on Accutane 2 times and nothing worked.

She was frustrated that nothing and no one can help her that she decided she will help herself! She stayed up late hours at night researching everything she can about the skin and acne. Testing out new products time after time! (Those products include the ones you can now shop in stores and have access to first hand)!

She figured out how to help her skin herself and she DOES NOT want what she went through to happen to anyone else because she knows what it feels like.

Fast forward to 2021 she enrolled herself into esthetics school and graduated and now is the girl you see in the picture Cristina a Licensed Esthetician, Acne specialist, and Owner of Honest Beauty LLC

I fell in love with all things beauty around middle school. My first love was makeup! I’ve done makeup for proms, weddings, and other events. Once I graduated high school I decided to dedicate myself more to the beauty industry and explore my passion. I attended cosmetology school and took every course they had available.

In 2 years I was licensed in two areas; cosmetology and aesthetics, as well as having several specialization certifications. I also completed my tattoo license apprenticeship to be able to preform permanent makeup services. In total, I have over 3 years dedicated to studying and specializing in several areas. I have been licensed and certified in Brazil and the United States, and worked along side women who have completely changed and influenced the beauty industry in both countries. I’ve worked in top salons in areas like Greenwich, and learned a lot about the importance of customer service and the experience of the client.

I Believe in making every client feel their best as well as also offering the most relaxing, fulfilling, luxurious feel to each service. Every year I enjoy learning new techniques and improving ones I already know. I take courses here and over seas in Brazil to get newer, advanced certifications that ultimately improve myself as a beautician!
